January 5, 2012: Day 2

Goal 30: I used up nearly an entire ball of cotton yarn It’s not really enough to make another cloth, so I think I will be doing “odd ball” cloths by the end of this to use up all the bits.

Goal 31: Yesterday, I started a dish cloth. Simple blue and white garter stitch stripes. It used up 125 feet of cotton yarn. I decided to track this goal using feet instead of yards.  I started and finished a second cloth today while watching Harry Potter with Rick.

Goal 37: Yes, this is a dishcloth, but I decided to photo blog it anyway. Once I get a few cloths made, I will probably group them all together for a single post on the knitting blog.

Number updates: I have several goals that I have technically already started, like the twitter followers, facebook fans, etc. I have updated all of my numbers for those.

• Goal 14: I have 10 sales in the Etsy shop.
• Goal 19: I have 427 Facebook fans.
• Goal 20: I have 361 Twitter followers.
• Goal 24: I have items in one store.
• Goal 58: I have 520 podcast episodes to listen to. This number will fluctuate often. I have to listen to episodes faster than new ones come out. Also, I may unsubscribe from one or two of them.
